NOTE: DOUBLE EDGED KNIVES WILL NOT BE SHIPPED TO VIC, ACT OR SA.
The Bushranger is a combination of modern design and the old school tactical/survival knife philosophy of "bigger is better". A do it all outdoor tool, it pairs an 8" double edged, clip point Bowie style blade with an ergonomic and secure handle design.
The tapered tang and forward rake of the blade as well as a slight proximal taper in the blade profile gives the knife plenty of chopping power. The sharpened false edge allows for excellent penetration as well as providing additional edge length. A section of hand cut serrations means that no matter how long you go between sharpenings you will always have a blade that cuts easily especially through things like hide, rope or textiles.
The blade is made from Nitro V martensitic stainless steel treated with Elite series cerakote for even more protection, while the amboyna burl handle scales are stabilised to ensure they remain resistant to moisture and other environmental changes.
The knife comes with an ambidextrous modular leather sheath made from Australian "crazy horse" leather. All L. Lynch sheaths are hand stitched for longevity ensuring that if one stitch is damaged the sheath retains structural integrity. The sheath features a retention strap and has provisions for different wear options and can be fitted with a variety of standard mounting hardware. It comes standard with a height adjustable belt loop
